Rally for War Crimes Whistleblower David McBride Supreme Court 6 & 7 May

Come along to this rally to support David McBride and express your outrage at his prosecution and sentencing.
Whistleblower McBride is so far the only person prosecuted in the wake of the Brereton Report on war crimes in Afghanistan. The fact he was not permitted to use a public interest defence highlights the egregious lack of protections for whistleblowers.
The government has wasted $2.4m on this unjust prosecution, money that could have been spent on hospitals or education.
